Hide Museum für Ostasiatische KunstKöln, Universitätsstraße 100 Kunst aus China, Japan und Korea 1909 wurde in Köln das erste Museum für Ostasiatische Kunst in Europa gegründet. Die Museumsgründer brachten herausragende Werke buddhistischer Malerei und Holzskulptur, japanische Stellschirmmalerei, Farbholzschnitte und Lackkunst sowie chinesische und koreanische Keramik in den Sammlungsbestand ein. Einen weiteren Schwerpunkt des Kölner Hauses bilden die chinesischen Sakralbronzen sowie chinesische Malerei und Schreibkunst.
